RAC & Asar

Asar Initiative has a vision to bring about Individual and collective empowerment through skill development.  We undertake projects which bring about skill development and higher level of income generation to the beneficiaries. This is being done through vocational training in the field of Dairy for the farmer producer and skill development in the case of others. We plan to achieve these through our

  1. Farmer Producers Competency Building program
  2. Creation of privately run Producer companies
  3. Bringing communities together for group benefits

RA Consulting collaborates with Asar Initiative for its CSR Activities.

The Vision

ASAR Initiative is an organization formed with the intent of bringing about incremental positive changes to the lives of the underprivileged.

  • It is our belief that for the Indian population to evolve into a more caring and sensitive society it is a prerequisite that the basic needs of the people forming it should be met. Financial independence of the population of this faction is the key to elevating the standard of living of the disadvantaged people of the country. We hope to achieve this through vocational training of men and women thus increasing their employability or enabling long-term sustainable avenues of income generation through their entrepreneurial initiatives.
  • In Rural India, we aim to do this by undertaking training projects which will help farmers to gain the domain knowledge, skills and awareness of latest technical developments in the field of agriculture and allied occupation. Providing access to technology and infrastructure through technological interventions and infrastructure development by interventions through donor organizations or CSR projects.
  • In Urban India, we work with the women and children living in cities. We aim to do this through awareness trainings on topics ranging from health and hygiene to gender sensitivity and sex education.

Our Vision

Individual and collective empowerment through skill development.

Our Mission

To create meaningful and sustainable impact in the life of individuals and groups with limited access to vocational training leading to large scale systemic changes in the society.

Training at a Tender Age

“Sow a thought, and you reap an act;

Sow an act, and you reap a habit;

Sow a habit, and you reap a character;

Sow a character, and you reap a destiny.”

Samuel Smiles

At Asar Initiative we believe that Good thoughts and knowledge implanted in children’s minds at young age, will bring about thoughtfulness and good habits in the future. This would bring about an incremental change in the standard of living of the society as a whole.
